About the event
2023 marks Youth Documentary Academy’s (YDA) 10th anniversary! Established in 2014, YDA trains young people how to locate stories from their lived experiences and direct their own documentary films. Come celebrate with us as we appreciate the voices, stories, and films from past and present. The evening will provide attendees the opportunity to speak with these exceptional young film makers - all locally produced, many nationally acclaimed — the future leaders and creative entrepreneurs of tomorrow.
