Malik Robinson
Cleo Parker Robinson Dance
President & CEO
Malik Robinson grew up and into his role at Cleo Parker Robinson Dance. After graduating with a Bachelor’s in African Studies from Regis University, he officially began his tenure as Development Director winning national awards for the acclaimed Ensemble. Malik then moved on to Booking Manager increasing the Ensemble’s annual tours to 15 cities nationwide. Leading with the arts as a force for transformation and peace, he secured and lead tours to Israel and Egypt during times of heightened civil unrest. Before being named Executive Director in 2014, Malik developed and directed evidenced-based after-school programming recognized for positive findings. Malik is active on several arts organization boards and initiatives as well as a member of the Denver Metro Chamber’s Leadership Denver Class of 2015 and a Bonfils Stanton Foundation 2015 Livingston Fellow.
Dr. Shale Wong
Farley Health Policy Center
Executive Director
Dr. Wong is a pediatrician and professor of pediatrics and family medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, teaching child health, advocacy, policy and health care reform with focused interests in integrated care and achieving health equity. She is vice chair for policy and advocacy in the CU Department of Pediatrics. She served as health policy advisor to First Lady Michelle Obama for development and implementation of her signature child obesity initiative, Let’s Move, and assisted in launching Joining Forces to improve wellness and resilience of military families. She was a senior program consultant to the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. As a lifelong dancer, she is inspired to advance health through the arts.
Emma Gilchrist

Deputy Director
Emma Gilchrist is an instructor in the CU Department of Family Medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. As deputy director of the Farley Health Policy Center, she oversees the planning, execution, and completion of its programs and projects. She has been a project manager and qualitative researcher for federal, state, and foundation grants and contracts; and works to improve health through policies that advance behavioral health integration, prevention and health promotion, community engagement, and workforce development. Ms. Gilchrist enjoys mentoring students and fellows. She received her Master of Public Health degree from the University of Michigan, and she previously worked at the University of Michigan Center for Managing Chronic Disease.
Tohbias Juniel
Cleo Parker Robinson Dance
Director of Advocacy & Engagement
Tohbias Juniel is a Denver-born musician, educator, arranger, and entrepreneur. In recent years Tohbias has co-developed international education programs in South America, Central Europe, and North America while also traveling as a U.S. Ambassador of arts and education for the United States Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. Past destinations have included China, Japan, Canada, Ireland, Germany, and Papua New Guinea, seeking commonalities and growth within international performing arts, pedagogy, practices, and language. Tohbias is a sponsored performing artist for Yamaha, Sabian, ProMark, and Remo. In addition to a professional career as a performing artist and music composer, Tohbias worked in K-12 music education and helped to curate elementary school outreach programs alongside licensed clinical professionals for students with consistent patterns of behavioral concerns. Prior to his teaching appointment at San Diego State University which began in 2013.
Vanessa Williams

Community Enrichment Coordinator
Vanessa Williams is a dedicated community wellness advocate, focused on empowering youth, families, and underserved populations. With a strong belief in the power of holistic health, Vanessa works to address the barriers marginalized communities face. Having studied Children and Family Services at the University of Colorado at Denver, Vanessa has built a diverse career that spans over a decade in child, family, and trauma services. She specializes in developing programs that promote mental health, nutrition, and overall well-being. Her approach emphasizes cultural competency and inclusivity, ensuring all voices are heard and valued. When she's not working, Vanessa enjoys exploring the beautiful outdoors of Colorado, practicing yoga, and spending quality time with her family. Through her work and personal life, she embodies the spirit of community and the belief that by working together, we can create healthier, more equitable communities for everyone.
De'Janae' Guillory-Williams
Farley Health Policy Center
Program Manager
De’Janae’ Guillory-Williams is a Research Services Professional in the CU Department of Family Medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. As Program Manager of the Farley Health Policy Center, De’Janae’ provides support in health policy, project management, and public health research. She is a recent Master of Public Health graduate from the University of Colorado’s School of Public Health and received a Bachelor of Science in Biology Pre-Medicine from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. Ms. Guillory-Williams has experience and expertise in research, data analysis, and in interpreting and translating data to inform public health policy/research. Her interests are in public health policies that address health equity issues among underrepresented communities
